My studio is in the Springfield area of Chelmsford, about five minutes drive from the city centre - with free parking.
I offer a half price one hour trial lesson for all new students without any obligation or pressure to book further sessions. The trial lesson is a great opportunity to visit the teaching studio or get a feel for how online lessons work - do get in touch via the contact page if you would like to book one of these sessions! I would recommend a parent or guardian sits in on a trial session for a younger player (in the studio or online) so a full understanding of how the lessons work can be acquired - and any questions you may have can be answered.
Lessons are for everyone from complete beginners to advanced players and for all ages from nine upwards with the frequency and length being entirely dependent on the needs of the student.
There are a number of things to be considered when deciding on how often to have a lesson and on how long each lesson should be - previous experience as a player (if any), age and time available for practising are all important factors. Please contact me by phone/text or email and I’ll be able to advise you about the ideal length and frequency of lessons for your particular needs and on how much they would cost. Learning guitar with a teacher need not be expensive - there are lessons available to suit different levels and budgets.
